Our Prices
Our no-dig repair service uses trenchless pipe relining technology to fix cracked, leaking or root-damaged drains from the inside. We insert a resin-coated liner into the damaged pipe through an existing access point, inflate it against the pipe walls, and allow the resin to cure in place. The result is a new, smooth pipe inside the old one, typically completed in a single day with no excavation, no disruption to paving and no damage to gardens or driveways. We carry out full-length CIPP (cured-in-place pipe) lining for extended damage and targeted patch repairs for localised cracks or holes.
Before any relining work starts, we carry out a CCTV inspection to confirm the extent of the damage and check the pipe is suitable for lining. We also jet the pipe thoroughly to give the liner a clean surface to bond to. The engineer then feeds the liner through the access point, positions it over the damaged section, inflates it and allows it to cure. After curing, we run the camera through again to inspect the finished repair and confirm the pipe is structurally sound and flowing freely.

No-dig repairs are often completed in a fraction of the time a traditional excavation would take, and at lower overall cost once you factor in the reinstatement of paving, landscaping or concrete that a dig-and-replace job requires. Disruption to your property is usually the biggest concern when a drain repair comes up. We always assess whether no-dig is the right option first, and in the majority of cases where the pipe hasn't fully collapsed, it is. CIPP lining works on most common pipe materials: clay, concrete, cast iron and plastic. It's particularly effective for pipes under driveways, patios or other paved areas where excavation would mean significant reinstatement costs, and for pipes at depth where a traditional dig would be complex and disruptive.

Cured-in-place pipe lining is a long-term repair. Properly installed, it's expected to last for several decades. The resin liner creates a new structural pipe inside the old one that resists root intrusion and doesn't corrode.
Yes, but the roots need to be removed first. We use specialist cutting heads on our jetting equipment to clear root intrusion from the pipe, then carry out the relining. The finished liner creates a smooth inner surface that's far more resistant to future root intrusion than the original pipe.
Most are, but not all. If a pipe has fully collapsed or shifted so far out of alignment that the liner can't be passed through, excavation is needed. We assess suitability with a CCTV inspection before recommending any approach.
Most jobs are completed in a single day. Cleaning and preparation, insertion and curing of the liner, and a final CCTV check typically take between three and six hours depending on the pipe length and diameter.
Yes. Once the resin has cured and we've confirmed the repair with a final camera check, the drain is back in full service. There's no waiting period and no restrictions on use.
