Before any repair work starts, we carry out a CCTV survey to pinpoint exactly what needs fixing, so the repair targets the actual problem rather than guesswork. Where possible, we use no-dig pipe relining to avoid excavation, but we also carry out traditional dig-and-repair when the situation calls for it.
On the day, our engineer arrives with a fully equipped van carrying jetting equipment, relining materials and specialist tools. We carry out the CCTV inspection first, walk you through the findings, then complete the repair using the method best suited to your pipe type and the nature of the damage. We clean up fully before leaving and do a final camera check to confirm everything is flowing as it should.

Damaged drains rarely fix themselves, and what starts as a slow drain or an occasional smell can turn into a flooded garden or a sewage backup if the underlying pipe problem isn't addressed. Knowing the warning signs early makes a big difference to the cost and complexity of the repair.
Pipe relining (CIPP lining) is our first choice for cracked or leaking pipes where the surrounding ground is intact. We insert a resin-coated liner, inflate it to press against the pipe walls, and allow it to cure in place, creating a new pipe inside the old one without digging. It works on clay, concrete and plastic pipes and produces a repair that's expected to last for decades.
For situations where relining isn't suitable, such as a fully collapsed section or a pipe that has shifted significantly out of alignment, we carry out targeted excavation and replacement. Root-cutting heads on our jetting equipment let us clear heavy root intrusion before relining, and patch repair techniques handle localised holes or cracks without needing to reline the full pipe run.
