We aim to visit the same day you call wherever possible. Our engineers arrive with everything they need to clear the blockage on the first visit: high-pressure jetting equipment, drain rods, specialist cutting tools for tree roots, and a CCTV camera for stubborn or recurring problems.
When we arrive, we start by assessing what's going on. For straightforward blockages, we clear them and have you back to normal quickly. If something keeps blocking or the cause isn't immediately obvious, we run a camera through the pipe to find out why. After clearing the drain we'll walk you through what caused it and give you practical advice on stopping it from happening again, whether that's what to avoid flushing or when to consider a maintenance clean.
